For this assignment, the objective was to locate an authentic real estate advertisement featuring a house in desperate need of renovation. Lacking a floor plan to reference, I relied solely on the advertisement's photos and perspective matching to generate my own visual representations, illustrating the potential of the property. The goal was to furnish the residence and choose suitable materials, all while considering the existing architectural structure and the desired target demographic.
Situated within a reasidential neighbourhood in the heart of the small town Fellingsbro, Sweden, my vision was to create a warm and welcoming environment that could appeal to both families and individuals alike. Opting for muted colors and dim lighting, my aim was to cultivate a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The living room connects to the kitchen and serves as a social hub with various seating options.
